Katmetal company  has as its purpose and policy:

• The production of standard office furniture with good materials and specifications
• Where necessary the direct customer service in special constructions
• Warranty and product support
• The excellent and stable relationship with trrusted suppliers and customers
• Achieve this with professionalism and productivity while respecting the environment and society in general,

to achieve her targets apply systems  ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 assuming the following commitments:

α) This quality policy is always timely and appropriate for the purposes of company.

b) Each system should always comply with current requirements of the standards and the bussines must ensure the continued improvement of their effectiveness and to use them with the most efficient manner, always aiming to continuously improve the perfomance of the company.

To achieve this, the company, under the systems which apply:

o    establish and make a review of objectives for quality and environment

o    her policy is being known and understandable within the company

o    the policy and the targets are constantly reviewed and redefined

o    controlled continuously the reliability and satisfaction of all parties (suppliers, customers, society)

The quality policy is further specified as follows:

Α) Customers

• Clear terms in customers offers 
• Keep all the terms of offers-aggrements 
• Evaluation of cooperation from customers in order to fully satisfy all expectations arising from the supply, the commercial practices and bussines ethics

Β) Employees

• Attract and selection of high-level executives with ethics and culture consistent with the principles of the company
• Commitment to the diagnosis needs of clients and the proper fuctioning of the company
• Continuous development and improvement of human resources 
• Stable partnerships that inspire confidence and stability in her staff in order to release their creative abilities

C) Suppliers

• Seek good and stable relations with suppliers, with continuous effort to improve them
• Evaluation of cooperation with suppliers in order to fully satisfy all expectations of the company arising from commercial practices and bussines ethics
• Continuous research and searching to find new suppliers producing reliable products

D) Environment
